Ok, Spring break was great........I was so not meant to work...just vacation, shop, eat out for every meal, ski, play and never ever clean up after myself.......what happened? Had a great time skiing, water parking at Great Wolf, camping and fishing, we did it all! Now it is time for a big, big SALE! Everything at the Golden Pear is 40% off!

This little compact is the best. For one, every girl needs a cute compact to check for spinich in the teeth and two, it is cute mother of pearl (ok, I just like to say, Mother of Pearl) with that cute heart (looks sorta brighton-ish). Not sure why the pic is sideways, probably because I forgot to turn the photo but you get the idea. This is a must have. Serious. $18

P.S. A nice engraved message or cute quote on the back would make it the best Mother's day gift in the world! (ok, maybe not the world, a lexus SUV might be the best Mother's day gift in the world....just sayin')

Beyond adorable.

Ok, not super great photos....but I am attempting to show you these cute new keychains and little bling gemstones. I think these are the cutest little gift. Keychain is $6.75 and then you can add all different charms...brilliant! The tiny gemstones are so cute! They come in all the birthstones and you can add them to the keychains of course, but necklaces too! The pic of my hand holding that necklace with an added charm is especially lovely. Feel free to read my palm if you know how....

Can you believe Easter is just around the corner? We have a tiny amount of Easter goodies out but I am still NOT buying for the shop until I have downscaled some of the other goods....I have fine-tuned my plan...(ok, I couldnt have an empty store) I am going to finish up my big sale and hopefully by the first part of May adjust my hours for framing and a few of my favorite things in the main part of the shop. I will be open on Wed, Thur and Fridays. I will be available by appt. any other day. But until then....I am still here Tue-Sat. So, come see me for some amazing bargains and wait until you see what "my favorite things" are that I am going to carry in April.....adorable!
